Preparing property insurance for Ficrea owner
It is about 26 properties, whose value as a whole is 130 million pesos.
Mexico.- Edward Martín Regalado, founding partner of the firm Regalado & Galindo, reported that an embargo is being prepared for Rafael Olvera Amezcua, Ficrea’s main shareholder.
It is about 26 properties, whose value as a whole is 130 million pesos, whose properties were found in his office, and with deeds in the name of Olvera, and that only correspond to the State of Mexico.
The properties are distributed in the municipalities of Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan and Valle de Bravo.
In an interview with Reforma, Martín Regalado said that in order to defend his clients, he initiated a civil proceeding with the judge, to freeze these properties and begin the foreclosure process.
The civil suit goes directly against Rafael Olvera.
“We must not put it aside, the main fraud is Rafael Olvera and the first action has to go against him and the important thing is that each property serves to respond for the investments (customers of this office),” he said.
He stressed that this demand seeks to leave a precedent that does not exist until now: that should be compensated by the person responsible for the fraud.
