Atty. Oliver Galindo Ávila

Mr. Galindo is an expert lawyer in Intellectual Property, with 20 years of experience. His practice also focuses on regulatory law, administrative litigation, right to one’s own image and freedom of expression.

After completing postgraduate studies abroad, he worked in renowned firms in Mexico and Germany. He was a partner for more than three years in the largest firm, within the so-called “Big Four”, where he directed the intellectual property practice in Mexico.

He held the chair of Procedural Law at the Universidad Panamericana, and frequently teaches refresher courses at other universities.

He is a columnist for the newspapers El Financiero and Reporte Índigo, where he writes monthly, in addition to participating in other media.
